1. Return Period

The return period begins on the delivery date recorded by the courier or otherwise reasonably established.

For eligible change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5. Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be communicated before the return is arranged.

Once a return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will initiate the eligible refund through the applicable payment channel.

7. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, the return process may apply.

If an order is canceled by Bani Hashim Traders after payment has been collected and cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
